Earlier today, there was a link that had Arsenal forward Joel Campbell moving to Turkey and Galatasaray. Now a new club, and country, has emerged for his services:

#Rennes are making a late bid to sign #Arsenal forward Joel Campbell on loan. Previously spent time at Lorient. #AFC (Infosport+)

As you see, Bairner is the only one to note that the rumored deal would be for yet another loan. However the deal is structured, though, it's increasingly likely that Joel is heading out once again. Campbell's familiar with Ligue 1, having spent the 2011-12 season at Lorient, so the assumption is that he shouldn't need much acclimation to the travels and clubs he'd face on a weekly basis while at Rennes.
Stay tuned for more developments, as things are quickly shaping up to be changing on an hourly basis.
