Arsenal are set to announce their fourth addition to the squad as soon as Monday. David Ornstein reports that Calum Chambers is expected to be announced tomorrow, and will join Arsenal's training camp in Austria:

Described by Southampton's website as a "tall, talented and creative midfielder with good awareness and a quality final product in his locker", Chambers primarily played right back for the South coast side last season, with a couple of spot appearances at left back. He's been more versatile for the England youth sides, playing in central midfield, right back and centre back, where it is thought he may have a long-term future. He is tall, fairly quick and athletic, a decent passer of the ball and is a good reader of the game; all of which makes it likely that he has perhaps been signed with a view to play centre back. Indeed, it seems he will be Arsenal's fourth choice centre back next season, and second choice right back with Carl Jenkinson likely leaving on loan.
Chambers, who is only 19, will cost around £11m with add-ons potentially raising the fee to £16m. It's a good cost for a player that some have said they rate higher than Luke Shaw, who left earlier this summer for Manchester United. While comparisons between the two are somewhat silly, the important part is that Arsenal have captured a good, young versatile player for a low price.
