Good Tuesday morning, y’all. I don’t have much for CF. My sister, who works for UEFA, was staffing the Belgium-Sweden match yesterday, so it was an anxiety filled night for my family. Fortunately, we were in contact with her the whole time, but we were still nervous until she reported that she was safely back to her hotel. Thankfully, she’s fine. Just shaken up.
I’d like to say something profound at a time like this, but honestly, nothing comes to mind beyond an inescapable exhaustion with the world as it currently exists. Yes, I know there is plenty of light and good, but there is also so much darkness. I suppose the best thing to do is to stay focused on the positive, uplifting things around you, let your people and community support and lift you up, and do what you can to make your small corner of the world a better place.
I’m fine — don’t worry about me. Today let’s talk about...what you think Arsenal’s best XI is with everyone healthy and how you get the best players onto the pitch at once.
