IKTS Week 8: At home to Crystal Palace.

A goalless draw at Brighton can be viewed as a deception, or as an acceptable annoyance, especially since Brighton appeared to be collectively competent. Manchester United conceded a goal (and two points to other top four contenders) by drawing at home 1-1 to Everton. Chelsea started slow but finished off Southampton to the tune of 3-1. Leeds scored only once, but it was all they needed to beat Watford. Wolverhampton confirmed their resurgence at home by beating Newcastle 2-1 with the noisy neighbors doing exactly that against Aston Villa. Crystal Palace and Leicester scored a pair of goals each for a final score of 2-2. West Ham lost at home 1-2 to Brentford at the death. Finally, Liverpool had twice the advantage over Manchester City, but the match ended 2-2. The eight participants combined for 64 points, or exactly 8 points per participant, and we had a record 12 correct IKTS predictions for the week.
