Monday Cannon Fodder: counting down

We are inside of two weeks until the Premier League season starts and Arsenal take on Fulham. There’s still transfer business to be done (probably), a handful of training sessions, and a pesky international weekend between now and then.

The rumors we’re keeping an eye on today include Sokratis possibly headed to Napoli (there was a report last night that it was a done deal), Sead Kolasinac perhaps being loaned back to Schalke, Schalke’s interest in Emi Martinez, and reports of Lucas Torreira headed to Italy. Theoretically Gabriel Magalhaes could be announced this week, and we’re still waiting for that Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang contract extension.

Nine years ago today Per Mertesacker and Mikel Arteta joined Arsenal as players. Safe to say those were two moves that worked out pretty well for the Gunners. Today’s question is inspired by that pair — which players on the current Arsenal squad do you see having managerial careers when their playing days are through?
