There are less than two weeks until it is an Arsenal matchday again.

Thirteen days from now, Arsenal will take the field against Manchester City, and the Premier League season will resume. Thirteen is a good number for the Gunners; it means silverware.

Arsenal have won the FA Cups 13 times, the most of any club.

Arsenal are also tied for the most finals appearances (20) with Manchester United. Arsene Wenger won the FA Cup 7 times, the most of any manager in history.

Arsenal first won the competition in 1930, most recently in 2017. That win lifted the Gunners into sole possession of the record, breaking a tie with United. A 2014 win snapped a nine-year silverware drought. The Gunners followed it up by defending their title in 2015. The club also won back-to-back FA Cups in ‘01/’02 and ‘02/’03.

The FA Cup has been good to the Gunners.

Arsenal are still in this year’s competition, scheduled to face Sheffield United in the Quarterfinals. That match is tentatively scheduled for either June 27th or 28th, with the Semifinals on July 11th and 12, and the Final on August 1st.
