Monday cannon fodder: watch party

Hello TSFers! As we continue to think about ways to bring you Arsenal and football content during this time of no football, Aidan had the great idea of having a watch party with you, readers. Is that something for which you’d be interested in joining us?

We would probably do watch parties in the evening with a 9:30 ET start so that West Coasters can join after the work day. We’re considering a bunch of different chat platforms so that we can interact in real time. Right now, we are leaning towards Discord but are looking into a Twitch stream, Netflix Party/Hangouts, and are open to suggestions for other programs.

We’ve got our first watch in mind (more on that later this week) and a few other ones as well, but if there are any particular matches, documentaries, shows, what have you that you’d like to watch as a group, let us know, and we will consider them! Obviously, they need to be legally available online and preferably not paywalled, not including Netflix and Hulu. As you can probably tell, we’re workshopping and developing this idea on the fly, so feel free to toss in your two cents.

And as always, feel free to drop anything OT in the comments below — an update on how you are doing, something interesting that you’ve discovered on the internet, random thoughts about Arsenal, or even just saying hello. That’s what Cannon Fodder is for.
