There are two days until the transfer window closes (at least for domestic purchases). Today has seen a whole bunch of activity, so instead of firing off a post every five minutes, we’re opening up our annual Transfer Window Deadline Open Thread post a couple days early.
We’ll be around to add stuff here regularly with both new stories and updates to existing transfers. For now, though, here’s what’s gone down so far:
Arsenal reject £25M Everton bid for Alex Iwobi
Carl Jenkinson sold to Nottingham Forest
Transfer Rumor: Arsenal interested in RB Leipzig centerback Dayot Upamecano
Arsenal to land Barcelona outcast on loan
Arsenal confirms sale of Laurent Koscielny to Bordeaux
We’ll keep an eye on things, and please feel free to highlight stuff we may have missed in the comments! I think it’s going to be a crazy couple days.

Well, this got interesting quickly.
Not even done with this Rooney madness and now, sources confirm, representatives connected to Mezut Ozil are slated to visit D.C. United in the upcoming days. I need a cigarette, and I don't even smoke. #DCU #MLS

I don’t know if DCU will want to pay Özil what he will command, but that’s quite the replacement for Wayne Rooney.
