Presenting our December Player of the Month… @Aubameyang7
Aubameyang began December with a brilliant performance in the North London derby. He scored twice to help propel Arsenal to a 4-2 victory. He also provided an assist for Torreira’s first ever Arsenal goal in this match.
The same combination of Aubameyang to Torreira secured a 1-0 victory for the Gunners at home to Huddersfield on December 8th.
The striker had another brace at the Emirates in a 3-1 win over Burnley just before Christmas.
Aubameyang finished his scoring for the month with a goal away to Brighton on Boxing Day in a 1-1 draw.
Proving that he’s as cool off the pitch as on, Aubameyang posted the following Tweet after learning he was named Player of the Month.
Thanks apart that sh*t game in Liverpool it was a good month

It’s nice to know that the club’s star striker has shown accountability for the team’s poor performance at Anfield. It also shows that he has a sense of humor and can poke fun at himself.
Aubameyang is already up and running in January. He was on the score sheet for Arsenal’s 4-1 victory over Fulham on New Year’s Day.
