World Cup day 10: Advancement potential

This should be a fun day. A Mexico win cements their place in the knockouts, while defending champion Germany needs to win to keep their hopes of advancing alive. If Sweden beats the Germans, that puts them through as well; a draw in that game gives the last group game the first-place contest between Mexico and Sweden. If Germany wins against Sweden, though, the group is still pretty wide open.

Meanwhile, in group G, a Belgium win over Tunisia puts them in the last 16; a draw still has them in reasonably good shape, but they’ll really want to put the group to bed if they can.
