It’s official. Arsene Wenger is leaving Arsenal. After 22 years the manager announced he is stepping away from the club at the end of this season.
After careful consideration and following discussions with the club, I feel it is the right time for me to step down at the end of the season. I am grateful for having had the privilege to serve the club for so many memorable years. I managed the club with full commitment and integrity.
Whether you were #WengerIn or #WengerOut, you have to admit the man dedicated his life to the North London club and deserves a lot of respect for all that he has done.
