Today, Arsenal announced that their relationship with their eponymous kit sponsors Emirates Airline would continue, as the two parties have reached a new sponsorship deal that runs through the 2023/2024 season.

Since famously sponsoring the naming rights for Arsenal’s state-of-the-art stadium in 2004 ahead of the club’s move from the iconic Highbury stadium in 2006, Emirates Airlines has had a very solid partnership with Arsenal, becoming their kit sponsor in the 2006/2007 season. This new deal will see the airline feature as the club’s kit sponsor for an astounding 18 years, cementing its logo and company alongside other memorable sponsors such as JVC, Sega, and O2.
The added benefit of the renewed contract is, besides the visibility of the brand and the club, the money. With this renewal, Arsenal stand to gain north of $280 million, which comes at a time when the club is facing the reality of missing out on Champion’s League money for a second year in a row.
