We’ve talked a lot this week about Arsenal’s form and style; they’re not playing all that well, both by the eye test and according to the analytics, but the wins just keep on coming. Eight in a row as of now, and today at Craven Cottage, Arsenal go for nine.
It’s really too early to read anything into a Premier League table, but as Brandon mentioned in his preview yesterday, Fulham are almost certainly better than the 17th place they currently occupy, so Arsenal can’t, on their current form, take it all that easy today. I hope today is the day that the tide turns, that Emery’s system starts to click a bit better, and that Arsenal look like the team they want to be, but if they ugly their way to another three points, I guess that’ll work too.
