Well, here we are, playing on Thursday nights for the first time in 20 years. However you feel about that fact, it is in fact a thing, and here we are, so why not make the most of it, right?
There will be some squad rotation no doubt, but we’re not sure what that looks like just yet. All we know for a fact is that Laurent Koscielny is still out, serving the tail end of his suspension from last year’s red card against Bayern Munich. Why that holds over different seasons in different competitions, I have no idea, but there we are.
