Le 10 Sport is reporting that Arsenal have starting talking to PSG about the possible transfer of Julian Draxler.

Draxler, who has been linked to Arsenal for years, has been deemed surplus to needs in Paris after their world record transfer for Neymar. He recently won the Golden Ball in the FIFA Confederations Cup, where he served as the captain for the champions, Germany.
As Get French Football suggest, Le 10 Sport is not the most reliable source of information, but they were the first to report on the news the Draxler was being linked to Borussia Dortmund, a story that was eventually picked up by most French outlets.
It now appears the race for Draxler is between Dortmund, Liverpool, and Arsenal. No bid has been reported yet, but Arsenal may move quickly on this deal if Alexis Sanchez were to leave the club.
