No links today, because I want to keep that Cup final feeling rolling. So today’s cannon fodder is one prompt: Tell us your FA Cup watching story. Where were you? What were you doing? How did you celebrate afterwards? How were you feeling yesterday after your celebration Saturday?
I was unable to watch a good chunk of the match live, sadly, because I was in Seattle to, sadly, watch the Timbers lose to the Sounders. I saw about half the first half and the last 10 minutes, so I got the gist, but as soon as the final whistle blew the stadium took the game feed off the stadium TV’s, so I didn’t see the vast majority of the celebration until I got home. But I did get to see the end of the game and a little bit of the instant reaction from Wenger and the players, and it pretty much made my morning perfect.
I couldn’t celebrate too much, since beers at CenturyLink are like $11 each, but I still managed to find a few Arsenal fans in the traveling Timbers contingent and exchange a high five or three.
So now it’s your turn. Tell me about your Saturday!
