In any season, there’s good news and there’s bad news. Good news: we signed a great player! Yay! Bad news: we lost to a local rival! Boo! You know the drill. It’s sports - there’s always stuff to be happy or sad about, often in the same day.

Well, today there’s something to be sad about. Very sad.

Injured until the end of the season I will come back stronger next season ⚽️

See? It’s right there on his face! Sadness! The JEFF era at Arsenal has barely begun, and now it has been cruelly cut short by an injury. What injury? Not sure. He’s played for the U23s a fair amount recently, but I can’t find anything talking about an injury for him or anything.

But now, whatever hurt him, it’s hurt him for the rest of the season. He’ll be back next year, and the world of JEFF will be good again, but for now, all we can do is be sad and wish him a speedy recovery.
