After a nice tidy win in the FA Cup last weekend, Arsenal get back to league action tomorrow. They take a trip up to the West Midlands to face West Brom at the Hawthorns, which is a lovely way to spend a mid-March day. Or at least we hope it will be.

The Hawthorns, West Bromwich

Arsenal, frankly, need to unequivocally show they can win this game - not for a title challenge, but because two of their three wins since February 1 have been against non-league sides. Arsenal need to get their swagger back, and a good way to do that is against a team that’s fighting for a European place. West Brom are nine points off sixth place, and they’ll want to close that gap, and will see Arsenal as ripe for the picking.

If Arsenal win, it will be WBA’s 600th loss at the Hawthorns since 1888, so...happy 600th loss party?

Player News:

Mesut Özil has recovered enough from the flu that he will probably be in line to start. Alex Iwobi and Danny Welbeck are both healthy again, and will also be in contention for places, while Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has a hamstring problem and is doubtful.

Probable starters:

Cech; Bellerin, Mustafi, Koscielny, Gibbs; Xhaka, Ramsey; Walcott, Ozil, Sanchez; Welbeck
