I’m filling in for Ben today, and this morning sees my semi-annual visit to the dentist. I feel like I have a different relationship with the dentist to most people. I’m almost 48 years old and I have exactly two cavities, so I don’t necessarily dread or fear dental visits; they’re just a thing I do. What’s your relationship with dental health like? Do you floss regularly? Do you fear or loathe the dentist?

The transfer window closed last night, and Arsenal, as expected, made no major moves. But a couple promising youths - keeper Matt Macey and midfielder/center-back Krystian Bielik - went out on loan, to Luton Town and Birmingham City respectively.
Arsene Wenger says that he will investigate why Arsenal start games slowly.
On the domestic front, both the Indy Eleven and St. Louis have applied to join The Major League Soccer League, which will announce two expansion teams this fall and two more next season.
Egypt are in the semifinals of the African Cup of Nations, where they play Burkina Faso today for a place in the final against either Cameroon or Ghana, but Mohamed Elneny has, since he plays for Arsenal, been ruled out of the semi with a calf injury.
How’s your Wednesday so far?
