Arsene Wenger gave his customary state of the roster report in advance of the Southampton clash tomorrow with his thoughts on Alexis Sanchez serving as the biggest headline. As we all know, players just returned from the baffling early-season international break and given that Alexis played a prominent role for Chile it's natural that his status for tomorrow's game is in the spotlight.

Wenger took to the podium to address Alexis' availability:

That's a decision I have to make because we play on Tuesday night so I will see. I have to make that decision in the next 24 hours.

He also touched on the status of Alex Iwobi and Aaron Ramsey:

Iwobi is back in the squad. The only one who is not ready is Aaron Ramsey. He is on the a good way, but not completely ready for Southampton or Tuesday.

In coachspeak, Alexis and Iwobi will probably make the squad but might not start, while Ramsey is completely ruled out. However, given Alexis' superhuman ability to play nonstop without much of a break, it wouldn't be shocking to see him start tomorrow as he continues to travel down the highway to the danger zone.
