Cannon Fodder News and Links: DIY again!

Hi folks! I’m actually quite swamped at work today so I need to make this super quick. What are you all reading in the footballing world this morning? How was your holiday? Did anyone travel, cook out, do anything special and fun? I spent yesterday working and then going to the grocery store late, so I have absolutely nothing fun or special to report - although my wife and I did have a blast at the Maryland Renaissance Festival on Saturday and enjoyed the small if really neat Renwick Gallery on Sunday.

Anyway, I guess this is as good a place as any to also say a huge thank you to you all to sticking with us through another ridiculous transfer window. It’s sometimes a weird and uncomfortable time of year, but we do the very best we can to cover the rumors we hear and let you know whether we think they’re worth the... internet screen?... that they’re printed on.
