For the 19th consecutive season, Arsenal are in the last 32 of the Champions League - and this season they didn’t have to play qualifiers to get there. Those qualifiers concluded yesterday, and now that we know the 32 teams, those teams have to find out who plays whom, a process that happens today.

The basics: The 32 teams are divided into four groups, one of which consists of the holder and the champions of the seven highest ranked European nations. This year, that pot consists of Real Madrid, Barcelona, Leicester City, Bayern Munich, Juventus, Benfica, PSG, and CSKA Moscow.

Placement in the remaining pots is determined by club coefficients as of the end of last season. Arsenal are in Pot 2, and cannot be drawn against any other English team, or the other members of their pot. Complete draw information is here.

The draw starts at 9AM PT/12PM ET/6PM BT (and CET); In the US, it’s on FS1. In the US and elsewhere, it’s streamable on and maybe (although I don’t know this for a fact) on UEFA’s YouTube channel? Anyway, this is your livestream live thread.
