One of the things we’ve always wanted to do at TSF is more video/audio posts. We podcasted for a while, but that sorta went by the wayside, which is a shame because we could have been as big as Serial before we stopped. Or bigger. We just chose not to!
Annnnnnnyway, this year, we actually have a group that is going to focus on video-type things; you know we have a Snapchat account, right? And another thing that we’re going to do is take more advantage of Facebook Live. We’ll be* all over the place**, mostly before/during/after matches, chronicling our watching of, thoughts on, and reactions to said matches - and hopefully, though it didn’t work out this time, talking to some of you as well!
This past weekend saw Shourjya and Brian head to Four Courts in Arlington, VA (just outside Washington DC) to watch Arsenal and Liverpool, and while it didn’t go the way they wanted, they had a great day out, which is all chronicled here:
