A lot's happened in the last 24 hours but almost none of it has to do with football. I'm taking Friday off as well after a crazy week and work and a crazy last couple of weeks of slapping together international open threads seven days a week.
A friendly reminder, given the fact that a major event in world politics occurred in the last day or so (if you're unaware, google Brexit and go from there - that's all I'll say on the matter), that this isn't the place to discuss politics or religion. Feel free to share articles you've seen from around the web about whatever catches your fancy, including soccer, the arts, movies, music, gaming, travel, whatever. We had a whole conversation about ZZ Top or something yesterday which I didn't really understand, but that's fine! Just steer clear of politics and religion and all will be well.
