Weekend Open Thread: UCL final, Switzerland, Mexico, USA, MLS

You're watching soccer this weekend and we know you want to talk about it.

This is a big weekend in the world of soccer. The European club game winds down today with the Champions League Final between Atletico (no H!) Madrid and Real Madrid - a local rivalry on one of the world's biggest stages. Should be an absolute delight.

In international competitions, teams are gearing up for Euro 2016 and the Copa America Centenario. Switzerland take on Belgium today, and Arsenal fans will be watching on bated breath as new signing Granit Xhaka takes the pitch for the Swiss against the Waffles (or whatever the Belgium national team is nicknamed). Mexico play Paraguay this afternoon and USA take on Bolivia tonight.

There are also a bunch of games in The Major League Soccer. Should be a fun day and here in DC it will be far too hot to do anything other than hang out and watch entirely too much soccer. I am okay with this.

Have a great Saturday!
