It sure is a lot more fun thinking about the next game after the last game was such a resounding win. Not only was it a comprehensive win, it was a win where nobody got hurt, which means...consistency in a lineup! Probably! With enhancements!
Petr Cech should get the start, which is awesome, and Aaron Ramsey (yay!), who faces a late fitness test, and Mathieu Flamini (ugh), who faces not nearly enough tests, may also be in the squad. West Ham have no significant injuries, and are looking to do the double over Arsenal for the first time in 10 years following their season-opening 2-0 win at the Emirates.
The Hammers are coming off a 2-2 draw with Crystal Palace which dented their Top Club Club run - they are currently sixth, three points back of fourth place with a game in hand, so there is no denying this will be a tricky game for Arsenal. What seemed like it might have been a fluke result for West Ham has turned into a very solid season, and with a Champions League place in their sights, they will not be taking their foot off the gas, so Arsenal could be in for a very tricky afternoon. Or morning, if you're on the US west coast oh dear lord these 4.45AM kickoffs are the worst.
