It's not a well-timed April Fools' Day joke; Jack Wilshere has returned to full training. Wilshere will be unavailable this weekend, and likely next weekend, as Arsenal decide how best to get him back to full, competitive fitness, with there being talk of Wilshere participating in the U-21 fixture at the Emirates Stadium next Friday.
Elsewhere, Tomas Rosicky has also returned to full training, giving hope that he hasn't played his last game for the club. His compatriot, Petr Cech, is also back from injury, with Wenger yet to decide whether he'll be in the squad and starting tomorrow. Aaron Ramsey will hopefully be available for next weekend, while Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is "progressing" well.
The news on Santi Cazorla is less positive. It had been thought that he would return this week, but the Spaniard is still three to four weeks away, having only just begun to run again. His issue is no longer the knee injury that sidelined him, but an Achilles problem. With only 6 weeks left in the season, it puts Cazorla's participation in any games highly in doubt.
