The Gunners may have picked up some much needed three points in a home win over West Brom on Boxing Day, but it wasn’t all holiday cheer and good tidings for the squad.

According to Arseblog columnist Tim Stillman, defender Gabriel and attacker Lucas Perez got into quite the argument after the match. Per Stillman, “Gabriel furious with Perez for not tracking back. Carried on into tunnel.”

A high pressure, highly competitive situation such as a Premier League match is bound to get player’s emotions running high, so the occasional heated argument between teammates is perfectly understandable. In other words, we can set aside our “Does Arsenal have chemistry problems?!” columns.

Anyway, if Lucas really was supposed to track back but neglected to do so, it is good that that did not cost Arsenal any points today, hopefully Gabriel’s words will push Lucas to mind his defensive duties better in upcoming matches.
