The Premier League’s nods to tradition continue tomorrow with the usual, not at all bizarre Tuesday night fixture featuring....oh wait no this is totally weird. I’m not sure WHY there’s a game on a Tuesday night, but here we are, with Arsenal heading up to Everton to face an Everton team that is in ninth place but making a strong push for the European places.

When:

Tuesday, December 13, 2016
11.45AM PT/2.45PM ET/7.45 PM BT

Where:

Goodison Park, Liverpool

Importance:

They’re at 14 unbeaten now, after the relatively straightforward win over Stoke, and with Chelsea on an even stronger streak (nine straight wins), it’s important that Arsenal continue their streak and keep pace with the leaders.

Player News:

Looks like Hector Bellerin might be available, pending a late fitness test, and Francis Coquelin returns from his European suspension.

Probable starters:

With a quick turnaround, you’d think there’d be some rotation, but that’s not Wenger’s way, so while there may be one or two swaps, I’d expect things to be more or less as you were from the weekend - which is not a bad thing, given how they’re playing right now. Ramsey is unavailable, but otherwise...

Cech; Bellerin-Gabriel-Koscielny-Monreal; Xhaka-Coquelin; Lucas-Özil-Iwobi; Alexis

How to watch:

In the US, NBCSN on TV or NBC Sports Live Extra online.
In the not-US, check livesoccer.tv for all the info you’d ever need.
