It’s a big one.

The penultimate game of the group stages, and there’s so much to play for. Arsenal are in a good position to win the group, but they’ll need to play a whole lot better tomorrow than they did on Saturday if they want the three points that will lock it down.

When:

Wednesday, November 23, 2016
11.45AM PT/2.45PM ET/7.45 PM BT

Where:

Emirates Stadium, London

Importance:

Win this game, win the group. Draw this game, and winning the group is still possible, but three points guarantees it.

Winning the group is no big deal, you say? Advancing is the important thing? I used to think so too, then I did the research and discovered it actually is a big deal. Since the current CL format was adopted in 2003-04, only four of the 26 finalists were group runners-up.

Key Players:

Is “yes” a good answer? Becuse I’m going with “yes”. All of them have something to prove after Saturday, and this game’s as good a place as any to prove it.

Probable starters:

Ospina; Jenkinson, Mustafi, Koscielny, Monreal; Ramsey, Coquelin, Iwobi; Walcott, Ozil; Alexis

How to watch:

In the US: Fox Sports One on the show-shower, and if you’re online only, either ESPN3 or Fox Soccer2Go.
