Good news everyone. It’s been rumored for a little while now, but Arsenal right back Héctor Bellerín’s new contract is “posted on the club’s twitter account official” now.

According to the Evening Standard, Bellerín’s contract will run through 2023, and is worth over £100,000 a week.

“I’ve been here for a long time, you know, I feel like this is my home, and that was the right thing for me to do” Bellerín said of his new contract. “So I’m very happy to still be a Gunner for many more years.”

Bellerín has been enjoying a strong season so far, even getting praised as the best right back in the Premier League by Rio Ferdinand. This new contract should also ward off Barcelona and Manchester City, both of whom have been rumored to be interested in signing him.

The 21-year-old defender also announced that he would be posting more about his deal on his official snapchat account. Those millennials and their social media, am I right?
