The balls went in the pot. How will they come out?

After Arsenal's comfortable 3-1 win at the weekend, today's the day we find out who they will face in the fourth round. The draw for said fourth round starts at 11.15AM PT/2.15 PM ET/7.15PM BT, and it's available for streaming on the BBC, although whether that's available in not-England am not sure (and if it's not, please do not link to or discuss illegal streams in the comments, as that is against the rules at SBN).

Fourth round fixtures will take place the weekend of January 30, so once the draw is done there's not all that long to wait before things get rolling again. As with the league, the Cup is eminently winnable again this season - the good teams aren't that great, and the bad teams are still bad, so for me at least I'm not sure there's any team that could be drawn out of the FA's magic bucket this morning that I fear.
