Arsenal 2-3 Olympiakos: A Thing That Happened

CAVEAT: I did not watch this match, merely followed it online. But! That doesn't mean I can't react, and my reaction is a mixture of confusion, anger, frustration, disappointment, and a few others that will come along soon here I'm sure. I mean, really - what the everloving fuck was that? I don't even want to get into the specifics of the match. You saw it, you know what happened. It sucked, it's over, and Arsenal are now staring the Europa League square in the face after two CL games and nil, zero, zilch, nada to show for it.

Are there reasons? Sure there are. Are any of those reasons valid? Probably, maybe? I think? All I know is that in Europe, Arsenal are flat-out not good enough. Which is puzzling, because they're not as bad a team as they've shown in their first two CL games this season. Why is Europe not a thing Arsenal can handle? I don't know.

All I know is that the next two CL games are against Bayern, so, uh, yeah.
