According to reports from Telesport Voetbal (that is in the Netherlands, in case you couldn't tell), Ajax Amsterdam are looking to take Arsenal forward Yaya Sanogo on loan:
Sanogo has not made much of an impact yet at Arsenal after signing in 2013,
failing to score scoring once in 20 first-team appearances for the Gunners. After going on loan to Crystal Palace for the second half of the 2014-15 season, he made 10 more appearances, and also failed to score for the Eagles.
Ajax recently let striker and Icelandic person Kolbeinn Sigþórsson move to Nantes, so they will be looking for a player to fill the void at number 9, and Sanogo, all six-foot-four of him, might help in that area. There is also hope, of course, that former Arsenal striker and Living Human Deity Dennis Bergkamp can work with Sanogo to improve his abilities, thus returning him to the Gunners as a better player. Admittedly, this move makes less sense for Ajax than it does for Arsenal, but if Sanogo can finally start showing a return on his potential, this move could pay off for the Eredivisie side. Stay tuned.
