In case you've been wondering, "Hey, I wonder if Dennis Bergkamp is interested in the newly-opened Swansea job" you now have your answer.
Noted Dutch journalist Elko Born, via solid Dutch source Voetbal International, has shot down any rumors of the former Arsenal star taking the managerial seat that Garry Monk vacated this week.
Dennis Bergkamp has told Dutch media he has refused the Swansea job. Bergkamp: 'At the moment I have no ambition to become head manager'(VI)

It's slightly tough to imagine Bergkamp taking any Premier League job that isn't with Arsenal and his comments today more or less reflect that. Instead, he'll remain at Ajax for the time being to try to build whatever it is they're trying to do as they deal with some internal issues of their own (Google Ajax's Velvet Revolution if you want more info). Swansea will, presumably, take the news hard and will move on from trying to recruit a deity as their new manager.
