Arsenal v. Manchester United

So here we go. Manchester United float themselves down the M1 (Seriously, have you seen how much it's raining in England and Ireland right now? IT'S ARK TIME, PEOPLE!) today to face Arsenal in a game that a certain segment of the world will tell you could define Arsenal's season. That segment's kinda ridiculous. Arsenal definitely need to perform better than they did on Saturday, but this game is not a referendum on anything. It's a game against a team that is ripe for the picking right now, and it's a game that I hope Arsenal realize is very winnable, but it's not a defining moment.

Annoyingly, United also come into this game with something to prove, after clownpantsing their way to a 2-2 draw with the league's bottom club; while this game probably won't have the fire and thunder of the late 90's or early 2000's Arsenal/United rivalry, it should be a good, high-tempo game.

February and March, as we all know, come with a lot of big games for Arsenal. They got off on the wrong foot this weekend, and now it's time to set that right.
