Arsenal vs. Newcastle
English Premier League
Saturday, December 13
9.30 AM PT/12.30 PM ET/5.30 PM BT
Emirates Stadium, London
Current League Form: ARS not so bueno | NEW you know in a car when you feel the wheels wobble a bit it's like that
US TV: NBCSN (Note: NOT regular NBC this week)| Worldwide TV listings livesoccer.tv
Arsenal's banged-up, beat up selves try to rouse themselves for a game against a surprisingly not horrible Newcastle this morning; I don't believe Newcastle can continue their recent red-hot form, but of all the teams to face right now I can't imagine Arsenal are too excited about taking on the Toon, owners of six wins in eight games.
Arsenal played well against Galatasaray during the week; Newcastle will present a much sterner test. They helped out Arsenal last week by ensuring the Invincibles would remain unique for another season, but that doesn't mean I want Arsenal to show their gratitude for that by gifting Newcastle another three points. A gift card would be fine.
