Arsenal take on Galatasaray tomorrow in the Emirates Cup, an invitation that many Arsenal supporters found surprising given the bad blood between the clubs that goes back to the 2000 UEFA Cup final in Copehagen. All the same, the clubs clearly feel that time has healed those particular wounds, and here we are.

Galatasaray won the Turkish League last year, and their roster does boast some familiar names to Arsenal fans. Didier Drogba, scourge of the Arsenal, along with Dutch International Wesley Sneijder, Hamit Altintop, and Felipe Melo are some of the names everyone is probably more familiar with. Erstwhile Blackburn loanee Colin Kazim-Richards also features for the Sarı Kırmızılılar, but all of these pale in comparison to:

Emmanuel Eboué.

Let's face it. Eboué is the danger man. Manu brings the thunder. Anything Drogba can do, Manu can do witih a smile and swagger. YEA, MY CONGREGATION; I TELL YOU OF A MAN NAMED EMMANUEL, AND YEA, HE SHALL GRIN AND BE A GOOFBALL TO SHAKE THE VERY FOUNDATIONS OF HEAVEN ITSELF.

Honestly, though, Drogba and Sneijder probably aren't the biggest threat. Burak Yilmaz plays up front and basically is a great hulking terrifying thing. He scored 24 in 30 league games for Gala last year, and something like a thousand goals for Trabzonspor the year before that. He's 28 and in the peak of his career, so keep an eye out for him tomorrow.

Other than that, let's see if Arsenal can't go out and win this dang cup already.
