Some good news on the injury front to report -- Lukas Podolski, the German international with a fondness for Twitter and Instagram posting, has returned to full training after more than three months out of action with a hamstring injury suffered in an August 27 match against Fenerbahce. (Remember them?)
As is his way, he took to his favorite social media platforms to let it be known.
Hope U have a top start into the day?:) Good news: I can start with the team today!! #comeback #WorkHard #AFC #COYG #podolski #poldi #aha

Podolski will also be part of the German contingent for Arsenal, including Per Mertesacker and Mesut Özil, haunting American players' dreams as a result of yesterday's World Cup draw, placing Germany and the U.S. in a loaded Group G also including Ghana and Portugal.
That's not to say all the injury news out of the Arsenal camp is happy -- the hamstring injury that kept Bacary Sagna out of the mid-week match against Hull will also sideline him for tomorrow's match with Everton; it will again be up to Carl Jenkinson to help the rest of the Arsenal back-line slow down Romelu Lukaku (Everton and Chelsea's best striker) in the showdown at the Emirates.
