Our women's soccer expert Rachael will be along later to provide more depth and context for this move, but we did want to highlight the big story of the day from Arsenal Ladies - the move of midfielder Kim Little from Arsenal Ladies to the Seattle Reign of the NWSL.

Little is one of the most successful players in English women's soccer - she's the reigning Women's Player Of The Year, she regularly appears for Scotland's national team (and was part of Team GB in the 2012 London Games), and she will make the Reign a much better team next season - she's going to be teaming up with Jessica Fishlock, Megan Rapinoe and Sydney Leroux, so the Reign will have no problem scoring goals next season.  Preventing them, though, might be another issue, but I'll let Rachael talk about that in more detail.

Anyway, congrats to Ms. Little, and welcome to Seattle - go hang out at the Canterbury a bit before it changes into something more hipstery!
