Injury Report for West Brom: Cazorla Still Out, Sagna Questionable

Arsene Wenger reports that Santi Cazorla will likely return to action after the October international break. Also, there's a slight hamstring issue that Bacary Sagna is dealing with.

Those of us waiting for Cazözil Day will have to wait a little bit longer. The official word from Arsenal.com, in the site's pre-match update from Arsene Wenger's press conference, is that Santi Cazorla will be held out of action until after the upcoming international break -- moving Cazözil Day to the October 19 home match against Norwich at the earliest. Spain's got upcoming World Cup qualifiers against Georgia and Belarus, and certainly Wenger has to be cautious about Cazorla risking further injury in service to Spain if he's green-lit for the pre-Interlull match. (But then again, Juan Mata could probably use some minutes in the Spanish midfield, since he's not getting them at Chelsea.)

Also a possible go for the Norwich match: Young striker Yaya Sanogo, who's recovering from the back issue that opened the door for the Return of Bendtner.

There's one additional piece of possible bad news from the otherwise-savory Napoli victory on Tuesday -- starting right back Bacary Sagna has a slight hamstring issue that was scanned today. Wenger is calling that a wait-and-see situation for Sunday's match against West Brom. (But, as you're all aware, Arsenal's capable of dispatching West Brom with bench players in the mix.)
