Jamie Sanderson says we're close to an agreement with Lukas Podolski, that we've already agreed with Cologne, and that there could be an announcement in the next fortnight. We've heard a lot of this before, but as you all know by now, Sanderson's word is near gospel, so that puts another bit of fuel to the fire. He reports the terms to be approximately what Bild reported weeks ago, so it sounds like they had decent sources as well. Either that, or my whole world's about to crash down around me.
