Arsenal's bad luck during internationals has seemingly returned, with Laurent Koscielny apparently carried off the pitch during training with a "serious" knee injury, caused by a collision with deformed human being Franck Ribery.
Bad news for Arsenal. Laurent Koscielny left France training session with a knee injury. Looks serious. He had to be carried out of the pitch

Koscielny was one of Arsenal's best players last season, quite often preventing an already weak and open Arsenal defence from being utterly overrun. Kosicleny had only started three games this season, looking shaky against Cheslea, and alright against Manchester City and Olympiacos. He scored, of course, the equalising goal against Manchester City, and then in the next minutes presented Sergio Aguero with a golden chance to win the game, and also did a nifty backheel out of defence. He was partially at fault for both of Chelsea's goals, and was subsequently dropped for last Saturday's game against West Ham.
Despite that, Koscielny is still a very good centre back and still a vital part of Arsene Wenger's team. If he's seriously injured, it brings us one step closer to Sebastien Squillaci, and that's never a good thing.
Once again, internationals are really, really stupid.
