According to RMC (via Get French Football News, an outlet more appropriately named than any other I know of), Paris Saint-Germain has given Arsenal permission to negotiate with starlet midfielder Adrien Rabiot ahead of a possible transfer. GFFN say that PSG don't particularly want to sell the highly-rated player, but after three failed rounds of contract negotiation, it looks like they may be throwing in the towel.
PSG allegedly want £5.6 million (€7 million) for Rabiot, and have already given the same permission to Juventus and to AS Roma, with rumors that Chelsea are also interested. The Daily Star claims that Arsenal's bid has been accepted, but it's unclear whether that's a thing that actually happened, or just an assumption based on the negotiations opening with the player and his agent. It's the Daily Star, so I assume nothing.
This is a player who Arsene Wenger has had interest in for quite a while, so I would wager this link is accurate. Whether anything comes of it is another story.
