At the moment, Manchester United are losing by three goals to MK Dons in the Capital One Cup. This doesn't really matter at all in the grand scheme of things -- the League Cup is barely a competition at all, at this point, much less one that a big club puts a lot of resources into. And it's showing today.
But Benik Afobe is on loan at MK Dons presently, and after coming on as a substitute, he scored a goal. Look upon it in wonder.
In retrospect, it's probably for the best that we didn't try to send Thomas Vermaelen over there for one of their younger centerbacks, they kind of look like crap.
Not to be outdone, Emmanuel Frimpong briefly re-emerged from wherever the hell he's been since leaving Arsenal to drop an absolute bomb.
Might turn up at United tomorrow for trials

If it's come to that, maybe United really are in trouble. Say, can we recall Afobe from loan? We could use him...tomorrow.
IN-PROGRESS EDIT: Before I could even post this, Benik scored another damn goal. What is going on here?
