For someone who doesn't buy or wear jerseys often, I sure do like checking them out. Since we now know officially what the new Puma kits looks like it might be a good time to look back at the Nike era (or beyond) and decide what the best kits were.
One of Nike's best home kits in my opinion was the 2011/12 125th anniversary kit:
I loved the all white badge with the wreath around it, a big improvement on the Clip Art badge that is standard. The thin red line down the sleeves and shorts is a great look.
A personal favorite of mine is the 05/06 Maroon Home Kit:
That color is just sublime, I know red is our traditional color, but I wouldn't be opposed to a full time swtich to maroon.
As far as away kits go, the 07/08 3rd kit was the best:
Wide hoops and a colar, you could wear that to a wedding.
Also the 1970's kits were excellent:
Simple with the classic color scheme, with that great old cannon badge.
So those are the ones I like the best, do you have any others that are your favorites?
Or Perhaps there are kits from other teams that you wish
Arsenal could emulate?
Did you guys know there is a game tomorrow? How crazy is that, the season is almost here.
