The next six weeks are going to require heavy sedation and probably all of us will incur a medical bill or three. Everton is four points behind us, with a game in hand, and hosts us this week. Just go ahead and start the hyperventilation now. Plus, our little battle for the imaginary tropheez still has much to be decided.

THE PODIUM: This week's chart looks a lot like the Prem's, doesn't it? Congrats to sluellwitz, hansdampf, and AndrewMain for eking out their respective podial spots over one another and the rest of us.
CLEVER PICK OF THE WEEK/Philly37 WISHFUL THINKING PICK OF THE WEEK: Philly37 grabs both of these with one magical pick, because you and I all know that it was calculating prognostic skill that made him pick Crystal Palace to beat Chelsea, but I'll also give him credit for just taking a flyer on something nice happening to Arsenal for once, thereby being the only one to score anything from the match, and yet still managing to finish the deadest of dead lasts in the standings.
And of course I win the RUN-ON SENTENCE FROM HELL OF THE WEEK this time. NURSE! THE COFFEE FOR GOD'S SAKE!
CRISIS PICK OF THE WEEK: AStar and Sam5001, come on. Newcastle is horrendous. They weren't taking anything off Everton no matter how much you wanted it to happen. How in the world have they stayed ninth in the table?

And before I get to this week's slate, here's my plan for the next few weeks. I know you guys are every bit as anal retentive as me, and have to plan your entire lives down to the day.
Week 34 will include matches of April 12&13, including Arsenal's FA Cup semifinal.
Weeks 35&36 will be the huge megaweek blowout, during which I'll be on (mostly) technological silence while traveling to Italy. It'll include all matches from April 15-28.
Then things will return to normal for the home stretch. In the unlikely circumstance Arsenal triumphs over Wigan, the FA Cup final isn't until May 17, in case you were wondering.
