2-0 Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain 73'
Nobody who's been a fan of the Premier League for very long should be shocked that a Tony Pulis side would come into the Emirates Stadium, pack nine or ten defenders in the box, and kick the opposition until they lost possession. It's been his MO for as long as I've been around, and Arsenal weren't able to find a way through for the first half of the game. Again, not very shocking.
The second half was more fun. Just after halftime, a bit of great play by Santi Cazorla and a really good run by The OC led to the first goal. Cazorla played a ball over the top which Oxlade-Chamberlain brought down with a good touch, then lobbed over the keeper for 1-0.
Arsenal's attack was more fluent after that and pushed for a second, which came about half an hour later. Tomas Rosicky played to Oxlade-Chamberlain, who backheeled to Olivier Giroud. The striker played The OC in, and he scored again.
So now Arsenal are back top of the league - for the time being, at least - and back on form after a bit of a dip against Southampton. With the run of games in the next two weeks, they'll need it.
