Advice needed - knee injury

Hey guys, I'm looking for some advice on a knee injury I had last night while playing football (American). I was about to post in one of the match threads, but I didn't want to diverge conversation.

While playing, I tackled a guy on the other team. I didn't get the type of contact I wanted, and when I was in the process of bringing him down, the other guy sorted of landed on me, which led to me landing awkwardly on the ground. I know my right leg didn't land correctly, and I heard a small pop. Anyways, there was a passing pain for about 30 seconds, and so I played a couple more snaps before calling it a night.

3 hours later, there was some noticeable pain around my kneecap, but nothing that seemed too strange. I went to sleep, and woke up in the middle of the night to get some water, and as soon as I lifted my right leg, there was some very excruciating pain. I felt my way around the kneecap, and right to the left of it, there was some tenderness, and some pain when I pressed that area. Any time I try to lift my leg up and down, there is a lot of pain, and I can't perform any erratic movements. I can walk, but with a very noticeable limp.

i consulted Dr Google, and I could possibly have sprained/torn a ligament. Whether it's the ACL, MCL, PCL, I don't know. I've had various injuries on my leg in the past, but nothing that seems as bad as this one. I don't know if I should be worried, as I'm very lackadaisical when it comes to injuries, and I'm actually concerned about this one.

I also don't have insurance, so there is that. I'm hoping there isn't anything wrong, but I just can't be sure. Does anyone know what could possibly be the problem, and how serious it could be? What are my options without insurance?
